Pure Quantum Frequencies, D Barks LLC will provide a full refund, excluding shipping charges, for any physical product that is received damaged or is not deemed to be what was expected at time of purchase.  Digital products, purchased sessions and readings as well as Coaching programs are not refunded at any level and are considered complete and received in good standing at time of purchase.
